How does this workshop record-keeping work?
Everything follows one simple chain: customer → car → repair.
Customer
Name, phone, email, note. Their cars live under the customer. Call, SMS or email in one tap.
Car
Make, model, plate, VIN, engine and MOT validity. Full repair history and optional photos.
Repair
Date, mileage, fault description, price in CZK. Optional photos — same as for the car.

How much does GarazBook cost?
30 days free. Then 200 CZK / month incl. VAT. You can request an invoice for 1, 3, 6, 12 months.
What happens after 30 free days?
If you don’t renew, data stays — you can still view it. You can’t add new customers, cars, repairs or photos until you renew.
How do you pay today?
In the app you request an invoice for the chosen period. It usually arrives within 48 hours. After payment we extend your account. No card required for now.
Will card payments be available?
Yes — we’re working on it. The goal is simple: enter the card once and forget about it (like Netflix, Spotify or HBO). For now, invoices apply.
Does GarazBook do customer invoices, stock or bookings?
No. It’s a record book: customers, cars, repairs and photos. Nothing more — deliberately simple.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 5 photos per car or repair. Up to 150 photos for the whole workshop. One photo max. 1 MB.
What if I need more photos?
The 150-photo limit suits most workshops. Need more — body shop, crash jobs, detailed docs? Email podpora@garazbook.cz. We’re people, not a corporation — we’ll sort it out.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. The app has a data export (JSON file) — workshop, customers, cars, repairs and photo metadata.
How do I contact support?
There’s a “Contact us” form in the app. We reply to your workshop email. You can also write to info@garazbook.cz.
Who is it for — and who isn’t it for?
For small and mid-size workshops that need repair and contact overview. Not a fit if you need stock, bookings, accounting or invoicing your customers.
How do I refer a colleague and get a discount?
In the app you get a link and QR code. Your colleague registers through it. Each paying colleague = 20 % off; 5 paying = free.
